    It’s Holiday Spirit Week, and we are celebrating It’s Holiday Spirit Week, and we are celebrating Hanukkah Day! Students and staff dressed in the traditional blue and white holiday colors and learned about the traditions of the Hanukkah holiday. From storytelling to singing songs, the assembly was informative and entertaining. Thank you, Cantor Shana Onigman, for teaching us about Hanukkah traditions.

    The adults enjoyed a night out with their peers at The adults enjoyed a night out with their peers at the holiday cheer alumni dance on Friday night. 💃🕺

    The students sang joyfully and happily at this aft The students sang joyfully and happily at this afternoon’s Holiday concert. It was an incredible performance by the choir and those who had a solo and performance on the piano. Everyone left with smiles and feeling the Holiday Spirit! 🎶🎵🎤🎹
    The Holiday train picked up students and staff at The Holiday train picked up students and staff at the Holiday Express event on Tuesday. There will be many stops along the way, starting with the tree lighting, tree decorating, and Holiday concert tomorrow and then continuing next week with Holiday Spirit Week. The holiday spirit is in the air, and more celebrations are to come! Choo-choo! 🚂
    Holiday Express did it again! The volunteers go ab Holiday Express did it again! The volunteers go above and beyond with their hearts of gold and know how to spread joy and happiness and bring smiles to the faces of the students and staff at Midland. Thank you for the lunch, gifts, and entertainment, as everyone enjoyed singing, dancing, and celebrating the afternoon with so many special guests and surprises! We can't wait to share a video of the highlights with you. Stay tuned!

    We all love our friend, Rusty, a therapy dog who v We all love our friend, Rusty, a therapy dog who visits the school monthly throughout the school year. Everyone gets so excited when JJ, Rusty's owner, walks the halls, enters the classroom with Rusty, and watches the expression and love that Rusty receives. Therapy dogs provide comfort, support, and relief and help improve the emotional and mental well-being of everyone they come in contact with. Thank you, JJ, for bringing Rusty to The Midland School.
