    Students used a salad spinner this week in Art cla Students used a salad spinner this week in Art class to make Spin Art. While the process was the focus of our lesson, the results were as beautiful as they were fun to create! Great idea, Mrs. Furnari! 🎨 🌀

    A New Year's Celebration assembly took place in th A New Year's Celebration assembly took place in the gym today. The students helped with the countdown from 10 to bring in the New Year at the Midland School. Afterward, the students enjoyed making a craft and having pizza with their class. Happy New Year! Mrs. Owens collected the golden tickets from each student to sit in the gym so they could enjoy the Polar Express movie with their class. As we wrap up our first Holiday Spirit Week, we hope you enjoyed the school celebrations and now begin anticipating the joy of your winter break with your friends and family. May this holiday season bring abundant joy, laughter, and happiness as you make memories with your loved ones. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, and Happy New Year!

    Midland’s Prevocational Program visited Olive Garden. We received a tour of the restaurant from the General Manager, Eric. In addition to discussing the various types of jobs at Olive Garden, we learned about some of his favorite interview questions to ask future workers.
