The Midland Corporation Board of Trustees is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Eric Greninger as Midland’s Strategic Planning and Compliance Specialist. In this new role, Mr. Greninger will work closely with key members of Midland’s executive team to identify and implement short-term and long-term goals, unifying all organizational components of Midland. He will provide oversight in day-to-day management across Midland services and assist in expansion of services agency-wide.
Mr. Greninger comes to Midland with more than 10 years of experience in project management and strategic operations leadership, most recently serving as the Communications Specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education. In 2021, he founded Business Operations Solutions Simplified, LLC and served as COO developing business solutions for a variety of corporate and nonprofit clients.
Mr. Greninger holds a BA from Monmouth University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Ashford University. He holds multiple certifications through Six Sigma Global Institute and serves as a board member and coach for the Franklin Township Baseball League.
