How We Hire!

1. Search

Search our page on Indeed for all open positions at Midland.

2. Apply

Click “Apply Now” when you find an opportunity that matches your interests and skills then submit your resume. Once you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation email. We will conduct a phone screen with potential candidates and then schedule a face-to-face (or virtual) interview. Once that is done, we do send notifications to the candidates who have not been selected.

3. Interview

The interview is an opportunity for recruiters, the Hiring Manager and other team members to collaboratively assess your qualifications and get to know you.

4. Offer

If selected for a role with Midland, congratulations!  Your offer letter will outline your terms of employment, benefits, and other information important to your role with Midland.
